Mother’s Day is the perfect time to treat the special lady in your life and Oaks Restaurant at Little Silver Country Hotel is the perfect location, overlooking the Gazebo and landscaped gardens. Oaks Restaurant is the ideal setting for a family meal to celebrate the special mums in your life. A delicious 3 course meal is prepared by our team of chefs using locally sourced ingredients.

Lunch: Noon- till 2pm

£25.50 per person (£5 deposit per person, pre book only)

 

To Start

Sweet Potato and Leek Soup (v)

Topped with golden croutons

Ham Hock and Parsley Terrine

with ciabatta fingers, mixed leaves and a spiced apple chutney

Smoked Salmon, Prawn and Avocado Salad

topped with a Marie rose sauce

Breaded Camembert (v)

with a cranberry sauce and mixed leaves

 

To Follow

Leg of Lamb

On a bed of root vegetable puree, with roast potatoes, mint sauce and gravy

Roasted Chicken Breast

with roast potatoes, chipolata and traditional gravy

Oven Roasted Salmon

served with roasted new potatoes and a lemon and dill hollandaise

Vegetable Wellington (v)

served with roast potatoes and a tomato sauce

All of the above are served with a selection of vegetables

With a vanilla custard

topped with whipped cream

Profiteroles filled with a strawberry cream and topped with a white chocolate sauce, milk chocolate panna cotta with a shortbread crumb, chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream
