Oaks Restaurant is the ideal setting for a family meal to celebrate the special mums in your life. A delicious 3 course meal is prepared by our team of chefs using locally sourced ingredients.

To Start

Roasted Carrot and Coriander Soup (v)

Topped with golden croutons

Salmon and Prawn Terrine

Wrapped in smoked salmon, served with pickled cucumber and toasted ciabatta fingers

Confit Duck Pancakes

With plum sauce and a spring onion and bean sprout salad

Oven Roasted Flat Mushroom

Filled with wilted spinach, ricotta and pine nuts


To Follow

Roast Beef

With garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and traditional gravy

Roasted Chicken Breast

On a bed of wilted spinach, with garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, chipolata and traditional gravy

Oven Roasted Cod

Wrapped in Parma ham, served with crushed new potatoes and a lemon beurre blanc

Root Vegetable Filo Parcel

On a bed of bubble and squeak with vegetable gravy

All of the above are served with a selection of vegetables
