Kent is known as the Garden of England and is famous for its fresh fruit and vegetables. Romney Marsh, situated near the southern coast, is renowned for its lamb, and throughout the county there is an abundance of pork, game and wild boar, which is found locally in the Tenterden area. Oaks Restaurant offers a seasonal menu using locally sourced produce whenever possible. The restaurant endeavours to support the local business economy and protect the environment by reducing food miles. By serving local Kent produce, Oaks Restaurant guarantees the most superb, fresh food. The Little Silver Country Hotel has achieved the highest standard of compliance with food safety legislation.
