Little Silver hosts many events for private groups, work events or charity functions. Some of the events we host include theme nights such as– Murder Mystery, Casino nights, Hear come the girls for Cancer Research, comedy nights and Christmas parties.

HIRING KENT HALL

Kent Hall can be exclusively hired for seated dinner events of up to 120 guests or parties of up to 150 guests and it includes its own private fully staffed bar and restrooms.

A truly magical experience package which invites guests to explore a real highlight of Kent whilst treating themselves to a wonderful hotel stay guaranteed to ease any of your troubles away. 

Guests are invited to upgrade their rooms for an additional charge should they wish to add a touch of romance and opulence with either a four poster or suite bedroom. 

Room upgrades – luxury double – £25.00. Four poster room – £45.00. Silver suite – £65.00. Platinum suite – £95.00

The small print…

Chapel Down is around 4 miles from the hotel, guests are advised to book their taxi several days in advance due to the fairly small availability of taxis within the Tenterden area.

Chapel Down ask that guests arrive 15 minutes in advance of their booked tour time, which will last around 2 hours. The booking of the wine tour is separate to the booking of the hotel, therefore it is always recommended that guests book the hotel specifics first as Chapel Down have several tours throughout the day which will be available to you, whereas Little Silver have 15 rooms and availability fills up extremely quickly.

CHAPEL DOWN WINERY

Approx 4 miles away. Chapel Down is England’s leading wine producer with an award-winning range of sparkling and still wines. Combined wine tasting and tours at Chapel Down with overnight stays at The Little Silver are available via Virgin Experiences. A fabulous gift for a loved one, or a treat for yourself! 

TENTERDEN HIGH STREET

Approx a 20 minute walk. A very attractive small market town with plenty of independent shops and small cafes. A beautiful High Street with a lovely tree lined avenue and greens, and an abundance of historic buildings. A beautiful place to begin exploring the surrounding area.

BIDDENDEN VINEYARD

Approx 4 miles away. Kent’s original vineyard, Biddenden has been owned and managed by the Barnes family since 1969.  Today the vineyard is run by the second & third generations of the family, drawing on many years of experience in winemaking at Biddenden.

KENT STEAM RAILWAY

Located at the far end of Tenterden High Street The Kent & East Sussex Railway is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and follows the wide unspoilt Rother Valley for much of the journey. 

SISSINGHURST CASTLE & GARDENS

Approx 8 miles away. The Castle and gardens at Sissinghurst are simply stunning. A great day out for families and couples alike.
